Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most of our products are made to order especially for each customer. We start producing your item after you place an order, which helps us reduce overproduction and keep our collections fresh.

Because we begin processing and producing orders shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order enters production. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Our products are produced individually for each order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color chosen at checkout. Please use our size guides carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or clearly defective, we will gladly help. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, include your order number, and attach clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund for the affected item.

We work with professional production and shipping partners in different regions to fulfill your order as efficiently as possible. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Yes. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your destination, the tracking link will be included in this email so you can follow your package.

Our prices do not include customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may be charged by your country’s authorities. These additional costs, if any, are the customer’s responsibility and vary by location.

When a refund is approved, we issue it to the original payment method used for the order. After we process the refund, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
